These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bha88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bha88 website and its associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and all promotional offers.
bha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on bha88. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bha88 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a multi-account violation and to void any associated balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
- You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. False or incomplete information will result in account suspension.
- One account per person. One account per mobile number. One account per verified payment method. Duplicate accounts are prohibited without exception.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bha88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify bha88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat at any time.
- bha88 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process at any point. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in restricted account access or temporary suspension of withdrawals.
- Account registration is not available to individuals who are currently self-excluded from bha88 or who have been permanently closed for any reason.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
bha88 is strictly an adult platform. Players must be 18 years or older.
The bha88 platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for minors to gamble, and bha88 takes its responsibility in this area seriously. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age for the entire duration of your account's activity.
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all users of the bha88 platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old. bha88 will void any bets placed and confiscate any winnings generated by a user who is found to be under 18, in accordance with applicable standards.
- Personal Capacity: You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other individual or entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion arrangement from bha88 or any other gambling operator where such exclusion is applicable.
- Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must not be in a state of impaired judgment when placing bets or making deposits.

Underage Gambling Prevention

Deposits & Withdrawals

bha88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. We do not currently support credit card, debit card, bank wire, or cryptocurrency transactions. All deposits are credited to your bha88 account balance in BDT with no currency conversion applied.
Deposits are processed instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare circumstances where a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue with the payment provider, the transaction will typically be resolved within 24 hours. If a deposit has not appeared in your account after 24 hours, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed by the bha88 payments team within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where this is technically possible.

- bha88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that the payment method belongs to the account holder before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will only be paid to the same method and account holder name used for the deposit. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- bha88 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Each player must use only their own payment accounts.
- Any deposit that appears to be the result of fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of a payment method will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
- bha88 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider are outside bha88's control and are the player's responsibility.
Bonus & Promotions Terms

bha88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In all cases, these general terms take precedence over any promotional-specific terms unless an explicit written exception is made.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your bha88 account. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all deposit match bonuses on bha88 is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
- One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering contribution of each game type varies — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute between 5% and 15%.
- Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet of ৳500 per round or per bet applies. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Withdrawal Before Completion: If you request a withdrawal while bonus funds and their associated wagering requirement are still active, bha88 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance from your withdrawal amount.
- Right to Refuse or Amend: bha88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. bha88 also reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any player in cases of suspected abuse, at the sole discretion of the platform.
- Welcome Bonus: The bha88 welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. Full terms for the welcome bonus are published on the promotions page.
User Obligations & Conduct
Standards of conduct expected from all users of the bha88 platform.
By using the bha88 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered users and must be observed in all interactions with the platform, including within live casino chat features, customer support channels, and any community or promotional engagement.
No Fraudulent Activity

No Automated Play
The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or make decisions on your behalf without real-time human involvement is strictly prohibited on bha88.
Respectful Communication
Users must treat bha88 support staff and other platform users with courtesy and respect. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language in any communication channel will result in immediate account suspension.
No Platform Interference
Users must not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with any part of the bha88 technical infrastructure, including attempting to exploit software bugs, reverse-engineer the platform, or conduct any form of security testing without written authorisation.
- You must not use the bha88 platform for any money-laundering activity. bha88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to use your account. Account sharing violates these Terms and may result in permanent closure.
- You must not misrepresent your identity, nationality, age, or any other material information to bha88 at any time.
- You must not make chargebacks on any deposit without first raising a complaint with bha88 and allowing a reasonable resolution period. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of funds through legal means.
Account Suspension & Closure
Circumstances under which bha88 may suspend or permanently close a player account.
bha88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bha88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or if required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. The following circumstances may result in account action:
- Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or use of prohibited software.
- Failed Verification: Failure to complete identity verification or to provide satisfactory documentation within a specified timeframe after being requested to do so by bha88's compliance team.
- Suspected Fraud or Money Laundering: Where bha88 has reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other criminal activity, the account will be suspended immediately and referred for investigation.
- Chargeback Activity: Where an unjustified chargeback has been raised against a bha88 deposit transaction, the associated account will be suspended pending investigation and resolution.
- Player Request: Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting bha88 support via live chat. Accounts closed at player request with a remaining positive balance will have withdrawable funds returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to verification.
- Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts closed for the duration of the exclusion period. Attempts to create new accounts during an active self-exclusion period are a breach of these Terms.
